Butterflies… they've got something figured out. They live in this beautiful state of now, completely unburdened by all that mental noise we carry around. They're all about clarity and simplicity, and honestly, that's where the magic happens for us too. When we see a butterfly or walk in nature we shake off that mental clutter and that's when we find the energy and joy to really go after what we love, to dive into adventures, and to discover the amazing things life has to offer. In the series “Skyward”, butterflies and the natural world are more than just lovely visuals; they're about living fully in the present. And the astronaut? That's us at our best - curious, bold, and eager to explore. Tarman’s paintings beckon you to reach for the stars - because that's where your greatest adventure begins.

During Women's History Month in March, I was privileged to receive the "Woman of Distinction" award from Senator Janet Nguyen and her staff, in recognition of my contributions to our community. My roles are diverse—I am an artist, a wife, and a mother. My artwork, which has been featured at local venues such as John Wayne Airport and various community centers, has also gained recognition beyond the borders of our state. I have facilitated art workshops aimed at demystifying painting for adults and have nurtured creativity among children through art classes. My current projects are inspired by visions of a hopeful future, encouraging others to pursue their passions. Drawing from my own experiences, I believe that with determination and courage, anyone can achieve their dreams.

Picture this: a far-off planet, full of mysteries and untapped potential, just waiting to be explored. It's like an astronaut stepping into the unknown, eager to uncover all the hidden secrets. Our curiosity is what drives us, lighting our path like a bright, guiding star. As we dive into this unexplored territory, we're like astronauts on an adventure, fueled by our excitement and eagerness to learn. We know that with each step we take, we'll discover more and understand more. And little by little, just like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, we're building a whole new world from our newfound knowledge and insights.
