Official World Space Week Event Step into the First Mars Living Room What would it feel like to sit in a Martian living room? This isn’t a daydream. It’s a space you can actually step into. We’ve built a living room that could exist on Mars - right in San Diego. Here’s what you’ll find: Mars Colony Living Room: Walk in. The walls glow with paintings that bring warmth and inspiration . Snap a “greetings from Mars”. See what it might feel like when Earth is just a memory. Astronaut Footprints: Look down - real astronaut boot prints lead you into the room. Follow the steps and see where you end up and each has info to learn about our journey into space. Mars Diary: There’s a diary on the table. Flip through and read journal entries from an astronauts journey to Mars. Timeline of Space Travel: A timeline showing how humanity went from the first stargazers to exploring Mars and beyond. Collaborative Art: Leave your mark - what message would you send to the universe. Your piece joins a living, growing artwork, inspired by the Voyager record we sent into space. See how it turns out …Receive the colloborative art back after the show. Luminous Paintings: Originals by Andrea Tarman and Walter Redondo. Not just art—imaginative windows to your own dreams. Dream Currency: When you RSVP, you get your own “dream currency.” A token to keep, activating your dreams and creating your future.
