Tarman’s oil paintings captivate audiences locally and nationally, with her work featured at prestigious venues such as Stanford Medical, The LA Times, and John Wayne Airport. Her art explores the themes of daring, dreaming, and discovery. Butterflies in her paintings symbolize aspirations and transformation, astronauts embody bold exploration and curiosity, and planets represent the boundless possibilities of discovery. Using luminous, glowing colors, Tarman reimagines reality through her unique vision.

From a young age, Tarman was drawn to art, often opting to sketch indoors rather than play outside. Recognized early as a good artist in grammar school, she pursued her passion and earned a design degree from Cal State Fullerton. After graduation, she founded a successful design firm, working with Fortune 500 companies. Today, she resides in Huntington Beach, California, with her spouse, son, and their French Bulldog. Tarman spends her days creating oil paintings that celebrate freedom, curiosity, and the spirit of adventure.

Tarman receive the "Woman of Distinction" award from Senator Janet Nguyen. Her roles are diverse— an artist, a wife, and a mother. Her artwork, which has been featured at local venues and has also gained recognition beyond the borders of our state. She has facilitated art workshops aimed at demystifying painting for adults and have nurtured creativity among children through art classes. Her current projects are inspired by visions of a hopeful future, encouraging others to pursue their passions. Drawing from her own experiences, she believe that with determination and courage, anyone can achieve their dreams.
